Customs Brokers have to be licensed by the Australian Customs to act on your behalf. We have two on staff. It is a 3-4 year TAFE educational course run part time in conjunction with our professional body the CBFCA. On completion of the TAFE course the student must sit for a national exam. On passing this they then can then apply for a Customs Brokers License.

We have two Australian Quarantine Accredited persons on staff to answer your questions and check your documents for Quarantine Clearance. Accreditation must be done every 2 years by sitting for an AQIS exam and a high pass mark must be achieved in order for re accreditation.

Weekly Consolidations (i.e. cargo shipped together to increase weight or volume in order to obtain the best possible rate from the carrier Air or Sea). By sending freight this way we can offer competitive rates on Import and Export.

We can arrange all types of transport on your behalf. From 1kg to 40ft containers. Import or Export we organize pick-up or delivery of your cargo. Let us look at your needs and advise you what we can do.

Storage can be arranged on your behalf. Container or loose cargo can be stored at our transport warehouse in Kewdale, 10 minutes from the Airport and 35 minutes from the wharf. Storage and handling charges are worked out by weight or volume, whichever the greater. We can store FCL (full container loads 20FT or 40FT).

Export Clearance Applications are required on export cargo exceeding Aud$2000 in value, and classified under the same heading in the AHECC export tariff. We can offer this complete EDN/PRA (export document number) service on your behalf. Australian Customs have just passed legislation in order to impose penalties on incorrect EDN applications for export. Let us lodge via our computerized online system to Australian Customs.

We can no longer offer this service due to change in Legislation Laws on who can act as an Insurance Broker. We can however recommend our Insurance Broker EBM in Perth who can arrange, on your behalf, a marine policy to suit your needs.
